You can probably do it by adding the rules
INPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 80 -j DROP
INPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 443 -j DROP
to your firewall. In addition you should set the DROP action for all the established connections. For example in the following rule
INPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 80 -j DROP
you could add the
-j LOG --log-prefix 'DROP :'--log-tcp-options --log-ip-options --log-async-options
Here is the configuration for DROP that will keep your log.

You can add the following rules to only the domain or a host and or an ip:
INPUT -m ip --src 192.168.0.1 -j ACCEPT
INPUT -m ip --dst 192.168.0.1 -j ACCEPT

You should setup an appropriate ACLs for the domain in question.
You should setup the Access and AD, Use Kerberos, Encryption and SSL certificates.
You should setup the Windows firewall to be able to allow the traffic.
You should setup the Route between your firewall and the VPN and or remote access devices.
You should setup the firewall to accept all the traffic that can be allowed by the ACL and or by the VPN system.

Belgrade outwards
Belgrade outwards is a term for improvements in Belgrade's public transport system from 1987 to 1991. A "Belgrade outwards" or "Belgrade out of the city" (BELOUS) project was initiated in 1987, when a huge part of the urban transport system was changed. Belgrade at the time had one of the biggest and most complex systems of public transport in Yugoslavia. The Belgrade outwards was a project to eliminate some of the problems in the public transport system and to decrease the distance between transport hubs in Belgrade. The most notable changes were:
Passing of the northwestern, western and northwestern suburbs (the Belt) through the newly built Belgrade North Suburban (BS) railway lines.

Well, you're certainly not the only person having this problem! And I suspect it might not have anything to do with your upgrade license.
Simply type Adobe in your browser. This will get you to the Adobe website.
Click on this link which will bring you to the Adobe Support page for Lightroom
Scroll down to the section entitled "Upgrade a version of Lightroom"
Click on the "Step 2" link which brings you to the page below.
On this page, you need to find your previously used serial number. This might be difficult to do because your serial number might be on a paper receipt or CD.
You need to look up your old serial number in the Adobe Support Search. You can do this by clicking on "Search for a serial number". (Underneath the "Upgrade a version of Lightroom" section)
You can then repeat the whole process above for each of your old versions of Lightroom. After doing this, you should have an updated version of Lightroom and your current versions of Lightroom will no longer see a black screen when you try to launch it.
